Project Overview

As the Product Strategist & UX Designer for Teth X, I collaborated with AlphaPayments to build a crypto exchange app aimed at simplifying INR–USDT transactions for both crypto-savvy users and complete beginners. I led the product discovery process—identifying gaps in existing platforms, defining user journeys, and prioritizing features like a real-time INR–USDT calculator and intuitive transaction flow. Working in a fast-paced fintech space, I balanced user needs with business goals—prioritizing trust, simplicity, and compliance. From conceptualizing the product vision to refining key UX flows based on live feedback, I helped shape Teth X into a high-conversion, low-friction platform. Key Goals

Our primary goal with Teth X was to make INR–USDT exchanges as effortless and trustworthy as possible for all users—regardless of their experience level. To achieve this, we focused on three strategic pillars: clarity, speed, and security. We identified early that users struggled with fragmented interfaces, hidden fees, and poor transparency across existing platforms. So, we set out to: Simplify crypto onboarding for new users through an intuitive UI and step-by-step flow. Empower informed transactions by integrating real-time INR–USDT exchange rate displays and a custom- built recharge calculator. Build user trust with transparent fee summaries, fingerprint/OTP security layers, and a clear transaction history system. Every feature was mapped directly to user pain points and designed to reduce drop-offs, increase confidence, and streamline the conversion process—turning Teth X into a differentiated, user-first product in a competitive crypto landscape.

Each feature was mapped to a specific user pain point and business goal, ensuring we stayed focused on value.
